14. Auditor: A qualified auditor will be appointed by the Executive Committee who shall audit the accounts of the organisation at least once in a year and annual audit report will be submitted to the Registrar of Societies regularly.

15. Legal Procedure: According to the provision laid down in the Section 6 of the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860 the Society may sue or may be sued in the name of the President or General Secretary of “Barpeta Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society”. The jurisdiction of the court shall be at Barpeta.

16. Dissolution: If any occasion arises to dissolve the “Barpeta Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society” the same may be dissolved by the Executive Committee and the properties remain after dissolution may be handed over according to the provisions laid down in Sections 13 and 14 of the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860.

17. Amendment: The “Barpeta Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society” in its General Meeting may amend/alter/rescind any of its Rules with a view to fulfill its objectives in accordance with law laid down in this behalf. Certified to be true copy of the Rules and Regulations of the “Barpeta Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society”.
